Program Operations Support

This section will focus on a variety of program related efforts such as; - Adult leader recruitment initiatives such as Eagle Scout search, alumni associations, National Eagle Scout Association and the National Parents Initiative - To promote the nomination of and list any selected the Silver Antelope awards - Assist local Council Boards with self-evaluation tools, board resources and district operations support - Provide details for any Area program conferences to support local Councils - Provide Centennial Quality Award materials
