The "Be a Scout" website can be used fot the general public to sign their youth up online. Councils can contact Todd Lamison at todd.lamison@scouting.org and he can instruct you on the process of uploading your units information in to the website so parents can locate units to join in your Council. Check out the website; it creates exposure and one more way for your Council to capture new youth who might slip through the cracks and miss the Scouting adventure. It will take some marketing to get the www.BeAScout.org website out there, so build it in to your membership plan today.
